This apartment with a total area of 850 sq.m. is located in the center of the Russian Capital of Moscow. Its home automation system includes no less than 315 Domintell modules making it a highly automated design residence.

This large installation has many functions. The lighting is made up of 260 independent lamp groups fully controlled by our system and motion detectors. Temperature is intelligently controlled for 25 independent heating zones with 16 autonomous air-conditioning units. 23 air vents, 9 air quality sensors and 67 motorized curtains/shutters are also timer-controlled. Security is taken care of via 24 IP cameras and 4 intercoms operating with motion detectors and alarm activation/deactivation via fingerprint and SMS or push message notifications on owners' smartphones. What's more, any incident such as a water leak triggers an automatic shutdown and smartphone alert. Audio and video are not left out, with 10 TVs, 3 home cinema systems and 16 multi-room audio zones.

All these functions are linked to the Domintell system for monitoring and autonomous operation. Control of the whole apartment is via wall-mounted pushbuttons from our Metal range, offering a variety of plate designs (with sockets, USB, lamps etc.), colors and materials. What's more, the entire installation can be controlled from any smartphone.
