This design private apartment of the centre of the Latvian capital of Riga was finished in 2013. Its owners wanted to combine a very stylish interior with modern features. Therefore they obviously tuned to the Domintell home automation solutions.
Solutions
The residence is fully automated. Its main functions are provided by the Domintell system. The entire lighting system is controlled via our various modules, in particular the multicolor LED lighting system, which can be used to create personalized atmospheres with up to 256,000 different colors. Shutters and blinds are also automated, depending on factors such as the time of day and temperature. Heating is controlled and activated when required, as is the ventilation system.
Also, thanks to our technology, residents receive an SMS alert for events in the system. For example, they would be notified instantly of a water leak detected in the system. What's more, as soon as the leak is detected, the Domintell system will take the necessary measures, in this case cutting off thewater supply via the valve. The apartment is thus made intelligent and autonomous in its operation, for the comfort of all.
