The Domintell system installed in each home manages lighting control, motorized blinds and air conditioning. A series of pre-installations have also been provided so that homeowners can integrate system applications of their choice. For example, regulating a lighting circuit, installing an IP camera in the living room or a fire detector in the kitchen. Connectivity is another key factor. Each apartment is connected to the Internet, enabling homeowners - most of whom do not live on the island - to supervise the premises remotely.
