The 4th Corbie hotel, located along the Lommel ring road, officially opened its doors on February 28, 2018. This modern building offers its guests 27 rooms and 20 "business flats".
Energy management was an important factor in the choice of system. As the hotel is primarily aimed at business guests, it is fairly quiet during the day. The owners were looking for a system that would allow them to consciously control and optimize power consumption, even when they were away.
Solutions
Corridors and stairwells are equipped with LEDs in conjunction with our DMOV05 motion detectors. Given the limited size of the LED profile, it was necessary to have a small detector like ours. But that doesn't make it any less effective, since at the installer's request the detector's length was slightly adjusted to fit the profile perfectly. An added bonus for the installer. The detector's sensitivity could then be set in the software, as for over 50 of the hotel's detectors, which are managed centrally via the Domintell software.
