Private house in Walhain

For this newly built house deeply inspired by the typical 18th century architectural design from the city of Bruges, Mr Vanderheyden wanted to combine an old style for the look of his house with the new technologies of residence equipment. Thus, the interest for home automation began.

The interest in automation was therefore obvious. The priority here was to ensure the security of the premises. This is why the choice was made to use the Domintell system to combine it with cameras to ensure continuous surveillance of the property. An alarm system was also configured using the various tools offered by Domintell technology. In addition to security, the heating system of the house has been automated by us to allow better management of the heat pumps and a domotised floor heating system.

The entire automation system in the residence is managed via a central screen in the living room, with touch-sensitive buttons from the range Rainbow range of touch-sensitive buttons located throughout the property. The sleek design is customisable via a choice of RGB colours to suit any environment.
